The salon offers hair removal with either warm wax or natural sugar paste. Sugaring is a sugar paste that removes hair while also exfoliating the skin, and it adheres mainly to hair rather than skin. The salon chooses from four different waxes and sugars for each client and customizes services to each person's skin and hair type. Most appointments take 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the service and area. The business says it welcomes women, men and all skin and hair types, and that waxing and sugaring work on both fine and coarse hair, though men's beard hair can be too coarse for either method.

Lash lift is a semi-permanent lift that does not use extensions. Lash tint is a color treatment lasting two to four weeks. Lash and brow services are described as holding for six to eight weeks.

Waxing and sugaring are generally booked every four to six weeks, and a treatment typically holds for three to four weeks. Bookings can be made through the Hello Sugar app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play.

A membership program lets members save up to 20% on services and receive one service per month of the chosen type and area, with a new voucher each month. Unused vouchers roll over if a member cannot come in that month. Memberships are billed monthly, can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee, and can be used at any Hello Sugar location, subject to availability. They can be signed up for online or with a team member during an appointment, and cover waxing, sugaring or laser services. The Lifetime All-Access Pass, paid through a monthly membership, gives access to the lowest laser pricing for every area.
