Waxing and sugaring are offered for both men and women. Brazilian and full body waxing are the core of the menu, with bikini, buttocks, chest, stomach, back, arm, underarm and leg options, plus face and neck work including brows, lip, chin and full-face hair removal. Brazilian is the service the salon labels as its most popular. The Brazilian area has three levels, from a standard bikini line to a full Brazilian that includes the labia, and separate options for the front and sides of the bikini area. Enzyme treatments for the underarm and Brazilian area cleanse and exfoliate the skin and are meant to help with ingrown hairs. The menu also lists intimate lightening for sensitive areas, facials, and brow and lash services such as tints, a lash lift and brow lamination.

Hair removal here is done with either wax or sugar, drawn from a choice of four formulas so the product matches each client's skin type. Treatments are adjusted to the skin and hair involved, and most visits run 15 to 30 minutes. Before booking a waxing or sugaring session, clients need hair roughly the size of a grain of rice, which generally means two to three weeks of regrowth. According to the salon, results usually hold for three to four weeks, and repeated sessions reduce regrowth over time. Coarse hair, such as beard hair on men, does not suit waxing or sugaring.

Memberships are an option for regular clients. Memberships include one service per month of the selected type and area, and the site says members save up to 20 percent on services. Unused vouchers roll over if a month is missed. Memberships are billed monthly, can be frozen or cancelled at any time with no fee, and can be used at any Hello Sugar location depending on availability.

Services are customized to each client's skin and hair, with one of four waxes and sugars selected to suit. Clients are asked to let hair grow to about the length of a grain of rice before a visit.
