The salon describes itself as an all-in-one hair removal salon centered on comfort and results, and it says it welcomes women, men and every skin type. The salon says lash and brow results are said to hold for six to eight weeks. Laser hair removal uses a CoolBEAM laser. The salon says its laser estheticians are licensed professionals, that its laser systems are FDA-approved, and that the laser is safe for all skin tones and works on all skin types. It also reports that most laser clients reach its clinical endpoint of about 90% hair reduction in 16 treatments, with laser sessions typically spaced four to six weeks apart. A Try It Out price is offered for a first laser treatment before a client decides on a membership.

Memberships are billed monthly and include one service each month, for the chosen service type and area. Members receive a new voucher every month, and any unused voucher carries forward if a month is missed. Membership visits can be booked at any Hello Sugar location, subject to service type and appointment availability. Memberships are available for waxing, sugaring or laser. People can join online or ask a team member during an appointment, and they can cancel whenever they like without a cancellation fee. According to the salon, members save up to 20 percent on services. The Lifetime All-Access Pass is paid through a monthly membership and provides the salon's lowest laser hair removal pricing across all areas.
