Hair is removed by waxing or sugaring. For each treatment the team chooses from four different waxes and sugars, and the sugar paste removes hair while also exfoliating the skin. Every esthetician completes advanced certification focused on pain-reduction techniques. Services are adjusted to each client's skin and hair, and most appointments take 15 to 30 minutes depending on the service and area.

Beyond hair removal, the salon offers brow shaping and tinting, brow lamination, lash tinting and lash lifts, plus enzyme treatments for underarms and the Brazilian area and an accelerated brightening service for sensitive areas. Services are offered for men as well, although coarse hair such as men's beard hair is not suitable for waxing or sugaring.

Hours are Monday 9AM to 5PM, Tuesday through Friday 8AM to 7:30PM, and Saturday 9AM to 6:30PM, with the salon closed on Sundays. To book, call (916) 891-1222 or use the Hello Sugar app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play.
