Hair removal is organized by area: arms, back, buttocks, chest and stomach, face and neck, legs and Brazilian. Waxing and sugaring are both offered, and the salon chooses from four different waxes and sugars for each treatment. For delicate areas, there is a Brazilian enzyme treatment that the salon says is meant to help with ingrown hairs and soothe skin, and an intimate lightening service. Sugaring uses a natural sugar paste that the salon says clings mainly to hair rather than skin, which is why it is often preferred by clients with sensitive skin. Most appointments take 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the service and area. Waxing and sugaring are usually booked every 4 to 6 weeks, when hair is about the length of a grain of rice, typically two to three weeks of growth. The salon notes that men's beard hair can be too coarse for these methods. According to the salon, regular treatments can leave hair growing back finer and slower over time.

Memberships cover one service per month of a chosen type and area, are billed monthly, and can be canceled at any time without a fee. Unused vouchers roll over if a member cannot come in during a given month, and memberships can be used at any Hello Sugar location, subject to availability. Members save up to 20% on services. Memberships can be signed up for online or during an appointment, and the Lifetime All-Access Pass is the option for laser hair removal. For visits, the front door stays locked, so clients enter a door code that comes with their booking confirmation. Free parking is not available nearby, but metered street parking is on Primrose Road in front of the salon.
