The facial menu is arranged in levels, starting with the Express Facial and building up to the Hello Skin Signature Facial. Along the way there are acne-focused treatments, a Teen Facial for clients under 18, a back facial or peel, and a diamond microdermabrasion option.

Several facials are shaped around a consultation. The Custom Facial lets the add-on be chosen after talking through skin needs, and the Signature Facial combines cleansing, an exfoliation method picked for the skin, dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, and one or two add-ons. The Hydro Facial protocol changes for clients who have acne.

Corrective treatments, including chemical peels, microchanneling and liquid microneedling, are for returning clients. New clients who want one need a consultation first, which is arranged by text. A Custom Chemical Peel is usually preceded by a regular facial, and the provider may switch a client to a peel at the appointment if they are a suitable candidate.

Lash services cover the Lash Lift and the Korean Lash Lift, both of which lift natural lashes, with results lasting about four to eight weeks. Waxing covers eyebrows, the nose, the upper lip and underarms in short appointments.

Facials are matched to the skin, with several levels and add-ons chosen after consultation where the service calls for it. Corrective treatments are limited to returning clients, and new clients are assessed through a consultation first.
