Hello Pretty Brows LLC offers microblading, which uses a handheld tool to tattoo fine, hair-like strokes behind and between natural brow hairs. The studio also lists powder brows, with an annual touchup for 12 to 14 month maintenance shown as coming soon.

A first visit is an initial microblading appointment of about two hours, priced at $475. A $150 deposit secures the slot and is applied to the total, and the remaining $325 is paid at the appointment. Pigment color is matched to each client using a Fitzpatrick scale chart that considers skin tone, hair color, and eye color. Needles are tiny, sterile, disposable, and single-use for each procedure.

The studio recommends a touchup six to eight weeks after the first session, then a touchup every six to 12 months for maintenance. Touchup options depend on skin type and timing: a six to eight month touchup for oily skin types only, and a nine to 12 month touchup for most clients. According to the salon, microbladed brows generally last one to two years, depending on skin type, pigment, and lifestyle. Results vary by person, and the salon does not guarantee how microblading will heal on a particular client.

Cover-ups of eyebrow work previously done by another artist take about two and a half hours and cost $575, with a $150 deposit. These need approval by email with photos before booking. Clients with any previous eyebrow work by another artist must not book the initial microblading appointment. Microblading is recommended for normal to dry skin, fine to normal brow hair, and clear, smooth skin in the brow area. It is not recommended for oily skin, thick, coarse, or curly brow hair, mature or wrinkled brow skin, or very sparse brow hair. Some clients may be turned away or referred for a consultation based on screening criteria.

Clients must be 18 or older and show valid ID to the artist. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice. Clients may arrive up to 10 minutes late, after which the appointment is forfeited as a no-show. Deposits are non-refundable. Touchups must be completed within their required timeframes, or the client is reset to new-client status with new-client fees. Guests and pets are not allowed inside the studio. Cash and credit cards are accepted for the remaining balance, while PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle are not. A 5% processing fee applies to in-person credit card payments on appointment day, and online deposits are exempt. The booking profile lists a 9:00 am opening. A waitlist exists for new clients, and cancellation openings are sent out by mass email, secured with a $200 non-refundable deposit. A discounted model microblading option is offered to clients aged 18 to 35 with no previous brow work; it does not include a touchup.
