Hello Nails Bar is open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm. The menu covers hands and feet, from a classic manicure and a basic pedicure through to longer spa-style treatments, along with gel and acrylic enhancements, waxing, a children's menu and a set of add-ons.

Pedicures make up much of the menu. A Basic Pedicure is 25 minutes and a Spa Pedicure is 35 minutes. The Signature Pedicure, at 45 minutes, comes in four scents and starts with a salt soak, cuticle and nail care, callus removal, a scrub, a mask and a massage. The Detox Pedicure, at 50 minutes, uses an organic sea salt soak and a mud mask, with five scent choices including an unscented version the salon lists as suitable for sensitive skin. The longest option is the Collagen Pedicure at 60 minutes, which has six scents and includes an aromatherapy shoulder wrap, a collagen soak, a hot stone massage and a paraffin foot treatment. Gel polish can be added to a Spa, Signature, Detox or Collagen Pedicure. All pedicures are done with liner protection.

Nail enhancements include fullsets, fill-ins, dip powder, colored acrylic, Gel-X and ombre sets, with fill-ins and fullsets offered with or without gel polish. Services are guaranteed for up to five days, and the salon does not give refunds after that period. The salon says its sanitary standard sets it apart and that it uses high-quality products and materials. Buffers and files are used once and discarded, and paraffin is never reused for another client. Appointments can be booked online for one person or for groups of two or three.
