Nails are the core of the studio. Gel manicures include e-file exfoliation, removal of old gel polish, a base layer and one color. A gel strengthening overlay adds a gel layer over natural nails and is meant for weak or damaged nails. Gel extensions are built to a chosen length after e-file cuticle work and finish with gel color, cuticle oil and a warm towel. Pedicures range from a 40-minute gel polish change on toes to a wet gel pedicure, a warm jelly soak option and a 120-minute gel pedicure, the longest of the pedicure services.

Nail art is available as an add-on. Designs are priced per nail, from $4 to $20 depending on the design, and are booked with a main service and quoted from a photo. French, chrome and cat-eye finishes start at $20 for a whole set, while deep French, isolated chrome, custom cat-eyes and full out designs such as ombré, hand-drawn, layered and crystal work cost extra. Nail repair is priced per nail, and sets needing more than four repaired nails are moved to a new set.

The facial menu has one service, a 60-minute Relaxation Facial that does not include extractions and ends with a massage from head to toe. Waxing covers brows, lips and chin, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest and stomach. Clients are asked to avoid sun tanning, tanning beds and chemical peeling products for 48 hours before and after brow waxing.

Booking and payment rules are set out clearly. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed on weekends. Appointments can be moved at no cost more than 24 hours ahead. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before carry a $50 fine, and no-shows or cancellations made less than 8 hours ahead require payment of the full booked treatment. New bookings are not taken until any fine is paid. Clients are asked to arrive on time, and arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean the service cannot be provided. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.

The studio states that it chooses each product for the health benefit of its clients. Its gel polish is organic, vegan and HEMA free.
