Each visit is planned around the client's skin, goals and tolerance that day rather than a preset protocol. Sessions are one-on-one and unhurried, and treatment is adjusted as the skin responds. Barrier health comes first, and a longer-term plan is built from there.

New clients start with the New Client First Visit, a 1 hour 30 minute appointment priced at $109 that includes a complimentary skin consultation followed by a Skin Health Ritual. The Ritual is a customized facial built around current skin needs, goals and sensitivities, and may include exfoliation, enzyme therapy, hydration support, extractions when appropriate, cooling therapies, masks or corrective support. The studio recommends Skin Health Ritual treatments every four to six weeks for most clients. No prior skincare background is needed.

For clients who want more, the advanced and targeted menu includes custom corrective peels, chemical peels (metabolic, gel-based, ethanol-based and layered), Spicule Peel liquid microneedling, Spicule Resurfacing and SWiCH dermal rejuvenation. Monthly memberships come in three levels at $89, $109 and $129, each including one monthly facial, with a four-month minimum commitment before moving to month-to-month billing. A deposit is required to reserve appointment times, and a referral offer gives a friend $25 off their first visit. According to the studio, it holds a 5.0 rating from more than 60 clients on Google.

Treatments are tailored at each visit to the skin's needs that day, with barrier health prioritized and longer-term results built over time.

The treatment rooms are private and unhurried, with soft lighting, warm linens and scent.
