The head spa is the core of the menu. Sessions run from 60 minutes for the Renewal and Kid versions up to 120 minutes for Indulgence, and every price includes a private room with a door that closes and a blow-dry. A session moves through an oil treatment on the dry scalp, a tool massage, a massage of the neck and shoulders, a cleanse, a steamed hair mask, a warm water rinse, hot towels and styling. From the 90-minute level upward, a mini facial with a cooling hyaluronic acid mask, mixed fresh for each guest, is included. Head spa technicians are hand-picked and trained in-house, and the service suits color-treated and keratin-treated hair when clients mention recent treatments on arrival.

Lash and brow appointments are also one guest at a time. Eyelash extensions range from a classic set with one extension per natural lash, through hybrid and volume sets, to mega volume sets with up to 16 extensions per lash, plus bold anime-style lashes. Sets are typically refilled every 2 to 3 weeks, or every 1 to 2 weeks for anime and manga styles. Classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume refills are offered within 3 weeks and only when at least 40 percent of the lashes remain, while anime refills must be booked within 2 weeks. A lash lift curls the client's own lashes without extensions and lasts about 6 to 8 weeks, with a tinted option. Brow lamination combs brow hairs into shape and sets them without needles, with results typically lasting 6 to 8 weeks.

Head spa plans come as 4-visit or 8-visit packages for the Renewal, Essentials and Indulgence sessions, paid in a single payment. Four-visit plans are valid for 12 months and eight-visit plans for 18 months. Each plan covers one session length only, cannot be used for lashes, brows or nails, and is final and non-refundable, though visits may be passed on to friends or family. Gift cards range from $1 to $2,000, never expire and carry no fees, with eGift certificates sold online and printed cards available on request. Children from age 6 are welcome with a parent or guardian on the premises, and a children's package can be arranged on request. Pets are not permitted, though service animals are.

Head spa is offered as a relaxation and wellness service rather than a medical treatment, and lash, brow and nail work is done one guest at a time by an all-female team.

Head spa rooms are enclosed and private, which gives each visit a quiet, unhurried feel.
