The practice builds age-specific treatment plans for different life stages, from a patient's twenties through their seventies, and says it favors long-term, evidence-based care over trend-driven treatments. Each patient is evaluated in detail before a plan is set. Only board-certified dermatologists see patients and perform treatments here. According to the practice, Fractora and Morpheus 8 are suitable for skin types up to type VI.

A visit without insurance costs $350, and some procedures are included in that cost while others carry an extra charge. The physicians are in network with most commercial insurance plans, most Medicare and Medicare supplemental plans, and most Exchange plans, and the practice lists Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and AARP plans. It does not accept Medicaid or Workers' Compensation plans, and some insurers require a referral from a primary care physician. Cosmetic procedures cannot be billed to insurance, but payment plans and financing are offered for them. Mohs surgery is not performed at the office.

The New York office is on the 10th floor at 30 Central Park South, Suite 10A, between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, a few doors west of The Plaza Hotel. It is near Columbus Circle and several subway lines, including the N, W and R at the Fifth Avenue station and the F and Q at 57th Street. Parking garages are on 58th Street between Fifth and Seventh Avenues, and street parking is scarce before 7:00 PM. The Delray Beach office is at 230 George Bush Blvd, Suite B, Delray Beach, FL 33444.
