Hellie Beauty Spa operates from one address on NE 2nd Avenue in Miami's Upper Buena Vista neighborhood. Heli Puerta founded the spa, which describes itself as combining advanced aesthetics, deep relaxation and newer techniques, with the stated aim of visible, long-lasting results.

Services are grouped into facials, anti-aging treatments, body contouring, brows, lashes, relaxing massage, hair treatments and other services. The facial menu runs from a 30-minute neck radiofrequency session to a 2-hour hydrating facial with LED light therapy and a 2-hour 10-minute acne-focused facial that uses ultrasound spatula exfoliation.

The anti-aging line centers on the Hellie Contour Lift, a 45-minute facial for the jawline and under-chin area that combines manual lymphatic drainage, wood therapy and device techniques. The spa recommends one to two sessions per week depending on assessment. Microcurrent and radiofrequency facials are sold singly or in sets of three, and both the microcurrent and radiofrequency facials require a facial beforehand.

Body contouring is priced per area (abdomen, legs and glutes, or arms), in single sessions or in five- or ten-session plans. Each Advanced Body Sculpt session brings together an infrared thermal sauna blanket, Brazilian lymphatic drainage, cavitation, radiofrequency, vacuum technology, wood therapy and red light LED. A separate post-surgical recovery series is available for clients who have finished the initial drainage phase.

A $20 deposit confirms an appointment and is applied to the total price. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. A 30-minute consultation is offered free of charge.
