Each visit starts with a consultation, and treatments are then shaped around the client's skin, body, goals and comfort. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early to complete forms. Appointments begin and end at their scheduled times, so a late arrival may mean a shorter treatment.

Body treatments use mineral-rich thermal mud from Bormio, and facial layers draw on niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and collagen-supporting care. The studio works with IMAGE Skincare and Comfort Zone professional formulations. Individual treatments range from $235 to $325, and the combined face and body rituals range from $425 to $475. Facial and body treatments can be booked separately.

Chemical peels are one of the studio's specialties. The Renewal Face + Body Ritual may increase sun sensitivity, so consistent sunscreen use and the aftercare provided are required, and suitability is confirmed at consultation. Corrective Peels can cause visible peeling and a recovery period, and essential samples for initial recovery are provided when appropriate. Body treatments are not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Clients using prescription skin care, retinoids or exfoliating acids, or who have recently had an injectable, laser or resurfacing treatment, are asked to contact the studio for guidance before visiting.

Treatment Membership is $225 a month, or $195 a month at the founding rate for the first 12 consecutive months, and includes one monthly facial, peel or customized body treatment. Ritual Membership is $425 a month and includes one Face + Body Ritual each month, which may change between Detox, Collagen and Renewal. Memberships include priority booking, personalized treatment and home care planning, and sauna sessions when appropriate. Both require an initial three-month commitment, then renew monthly until canceled, with the card on file charged on the same date each month.

Each treatment is shaped around the client's skin, body, goals and comfort, and the studio describes its work as facial-level skin care extended to the whole body.
