Heidi's Hands & Feet is a one-technician nail studio, so every appointment is with the owner. The Blaine studio is in Salon Lofts at 170 89th Ave NE, Suite 22, across County 10 from Northtown Mall. The Stillwater location is inside She Fancy Salon in the Grand Garage downtown, and its nail area is up a flight of stairs.

Services are by appointment. Blaine is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and is closed Thursdays and Sundays. Stillwater takes appointments on Thursdays. Cancellations need two business days' notice, not counting Sundays or national holidays, and can be made through the Square account or by text. Cancellations with less notice are charged half the booked fee, and no-shows are invoiced for the full service. Clients more than 15 minutes late pay a $15 surcharge, and clients more than 7 minutes late may have their service shortened or skipped.

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by cash, card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Google Pay. Checks, Venmo and Cash App are not accepted. Tips are never expected, and pricing is set so the owner can earn a living without them.

The studio's signature offering is barefoot toenail restoration, which repairs or replaces a damaged toenail for $85 per toenail, in sessions of 30 minutes or more. Barefoot toenail rebalance starts at $35 and is booked with a pedicure. Clients can also add TNC happy toenail gel to any pedicure for $50, a cosmetic-only gel applied to the nail surface without breaking the skin.

Hygiene is a stated focus. Nonporous implements are cleaned in a medical-grade autoclave, and single-use files and buffers are thrown away after each client. The studio says it goes beyond state sanitation standards. Guests generally should not bring extra people, except a child or elderly caregiver, or two people being serviced back to back. Nail art requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be possible.

The studio aims to offer clean, safe nail services that put the health of the natural nail first.
