The business runs two salons: the Ada location, open since 1987, and the Caledonia location, open since 2000. Both keep the same hours, Monday through Thursday 9 am to 9 pm, Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday 8 am to 3 pm.

Hair services cover cuts and styling for women, men and children, along with color, highlights, balayage, toner, permanent waves, chemical straightening and wire-based extensions. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, gel and dip polish, and gelly tips that add length without acrylics. Makeup services include formal mineral makeup and airbrush makeup, and false eyelash application. Hair removal is done with traditional wax or sugaring, and microblading is available at the Ada location.

The spa menu includes several facials, from a relaxation facial with a mask and neck and shoulder massage to an anti-aging facial and a dermaplaning facial. Custom body relaxation treatments are offered in 25- and 50-minute sessions, plus couples treatments, and the salon also arranges custom spa packages and spa parties tailored to a group's wishes. Packages bundle services for a dinner date, a girls' night out, a mini day of beauty, a full day of beauty or a day at the spa.

Bridal services include a complimentary bridal beauty coordinator who books hair and makeup trials and recommends a bridal stylist. Attendant and bridal hair and makeup are priced separately, and travel weddings are offered to any venue or destination, with the number of stylists based on party size.

The salon also runs an apprenticeship program for people who want to become hair stylists and train with the salon toward a Michigan state license. A VIP membership is available, and gift cards can be bought at the salon.

According to the salon, the aim is to create the most beautiful look for each client.
