Surgical care includes tooth extractions, wisdom teeth and impacted canine removal, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma treatment, oral surgery, and platelet rich plasma therapy. Oral pathology evaluation includes biopsy services, and TMJ treatment is also offered. Implant dentistry covers dental implants, full-arch options such as Teeth-in-a-Day and All-on-X, bone grafting, sinus lifts, and pre-prosthetic surgery. Sedation options include I.V. sedation and general anesthesia, and the practice states it is certified in I.V. sedation.

The facility has an in-house 3D cone beam CT scanner, digital imaging, and a surgical suite. Patients do not need a referral for consultation or care, and the practice files all dental insurance plans on their behalf. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with the practice closed on weekends. Friday slots fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.

Facial aesthetics are provided through Hehr Aesthetics and include Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm fillers, Virtue microneedling with PRP, Physiq body contouring, Pico resurfacing and tattoo removal, Cynosure laser treatment, Glo2Facial, Hydrafacial, Evoke, and Pellevè radio frequency. A free consultation is offered and is required before facial aesthetic treatment. Flexible payment options and package pricing are available on select services, and the practice also sells professional-grade skincare. Shine Squad memberships offer discounts, scheduled treatments, and personalized planning for patients in St. George and nearby Lowcountry communities.
