The space uses a biophilic design with natural elements in an eco-friendly setting, and technology is used in some treatments. Spa Day guests have access to a sauna, showers, lockers and an immersive room with aromatherapy, and the Spa Day package includes a healthy drink and snack.

Facials include the Classic Facial (50 minutes, $155), the Signature Facial (80 minutes, $215) and the Pumpkin Facial (50 minutes, $145). Facial add-ons of 25 minutes at $65 each can be paired with a 50-minute service: Lift Facial, High Frequency, Chromotherapy, Deep Extraction and Mini Facial. The spa notes that Deep Extraction may cause temporary scarring.

Massage menus include Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Heed Therapeutic, a pregnancy massage for the second and third trimester, Heed Thai Massage, a CBD therapy massage, and stone, herbal and bamboo signature massages. Immersive Recovery Therapy, which is not a massage, is offered at 30 or 60 minutes.

A Facial Membership at $110 per month includes one 50-minute Classic Facial and a 30-minute recovery room visit with CBD aromatherapy each month, plus 25% off other services excluding add-ons, beach services and VIP bed or cabana reservations. Wedding and bachelorette packages, and Spa Day packages from Relax at $95 to Pleasure at $406, are also offered.

Cancellations must be made by phone during business hours, since messages and emails are not accepted for cancellations. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. An 18% mandatory service charge, based on the original price, is added to services. Veterans, police officers, firefighters, nurses and lifeguards may receive 20% off with valid work or veteran ID, excluding promotions and Spa Day. The spa is open seven days a week from 10am to 7pm, and does not tolerate sexual remarks or requests.

Treatments are built around wellness goals and draw on aromatherapy, Ayurvedic-style practice and massage traditions from around the world. The spa states that it uses only natural and organic products.
