Custom facials form the core of the menu. The Sixty runs 65 minutes at $165 and includes a two-step cleanse, exfoliation, skin analysis, a mask, a shoulder and neck massage, finishing products and up to two added modalities. The Ninety is a 95-minute version at $195 with more time for additional modalities. Modalities include BHA and enzyme peels, cryo globes, dermaplaning, microcurrent, radio frequency, oxygen infusion and LED light therapy. Teen facials for ages 12 to 16 run 45 minutes at $95 and include light exfoliation and extractions, and a 75-minute back facial is $145. Buccal massage can be added to a custom facial for $65, and new clients receive 10% off The Sixty or The Ninety.

The Acne Bootcamp is a one-to-one course that draws on the methods, products and treatments of Face Reality Acne Clinic. An initial consultation is $50 and includes acne history, a skin analysis and a sensitivity test, and pairing it with a first treatment brings the total to $145. For established clients, each Bootcamp treatment is $95 and is booked roughly every two weeks until the skin clears, which can take around three to four months. Every session combines exfoliation, extractions, high frequency, hydration and LED light therapy. Starter home-care products usually cost between $160 and $260 and generally last eight to twelve weeks. Anyone using prescription topicals is asked to stop them when beginning, and Retin-A should be discontinued two weeks before the first treatment.

Collagen induction options include PROCELL MicroChanneling at $300 per session, which creates micro-channels before a growth factor and cytokine serum is applied, and Jet Plasma at $250 per session, described as non-invasive with no downtime. Both can be packaged with peels. MicroChanneling is available in series of three for $750 or six for $1,350, and Jet Plasma in series of three for $700, six for $1,350 or eight for $1,600. Facial sculpting is a 120-minute session at $250, with a series suggested for best results, and a HydroFacial runs 75 minutes at $175. Upper lip and brow clean-up waxing are available as add-ons. The Monthly Maven membership is $135 a month and includes one custom facial, a brow clean-up and 10% off skincare products.

Booking requires a deposit of 50% of the service price, with the balance due on the day of treatment. Reschedules and cancellations need 48 hours' notice to keep the deposit. No-shows cannot rebook and are charged the balance to the card on file. Arrivals 10 or more minutes late may have the session shortened and are charged for the full session, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late are cancelled with the deposit forfeited. One guest is allowed per visit, except for teen facials, where anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian present. Young children and pets are not allowed in the treatment suite. Accepted payments are cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and credit card. Clients who have had Botox, Dysport, Xeomin or filler injections should wait two to four weeks before a facial, depending on the service. Parking is on the street, in the lot behind the salon or in the parking structure, first come first served.

Facials are shaped around each client through a choice of modalities, and acne care follows a set schedule that begins with a consultation.
