Hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday, 10 AM to 2 PM. The business states it is run by one therapist and is not a franchise, and it says it has over 300 five-star Google reviews and over 16 years of licensed practice.

Every request is confirmed before it is booked, and bookings can be made online through Vagaro or by calling or texting 786-873-1191. A deposit is required for each booking, or clients can book and pay online. Appointments longer than an hour carry a non-refundable booking fee, which is deducted from the total at the visit. Changes and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. A same-day cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show forfeits the booking fee, and later appointments must then be paid in full.
