Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours of notice. A late cancellation without proper communication is charged 30% of the scheduled service, and arriving 20 minutes late leads to rescheduling with a 30% charge. Children and animals are not permitted at appointments.
