Services span protective styles and braids, loc work including starter locs and loc maintenance, silk presses, natural hair care, color and highlights, extensions, and hair treatments. Online booking asks guests to pick a location, a stylist, and a service. Before color, loc extensions, major transformations, or when a guest is unsure what fits, a consultation is suggested first. Some extension and braiding appointments call for clients to supply their own hair, while for others adding hair is optional. Human hair extensions are also sold online under the Tru Hair Extensions name, and according to the salon they are premium and ethically sourced. Bundles are virgin hair that can be dyed, bleached, and styled. Kinky straight, body wave, and kinky curly bundles come in 14 to 26 inches, with tape-in versions for some. Loose wave, deep curly, deep wave, and Italian curly extensions are quoted on request through a message. Body wave and kinky curly bundles are non-returnable. Bundles arrive in their own packaging, and orders with several bundles ship together.
