On the hair side, the salon covers cuts, full color, retouches, designer foil highlighting, body waves and spiral curls, anti-curl straightening, keratin treatments, styling, and updos including a wedding updo. Corrective color work begins with a consultation, and several services are priced only after one or by phone. Every haircut comes with a complimentary IMAGE Profile personal consultation, which includes relaxing brushing, advice, a cleansing and conditioning treatment, and styling. New clients can book one of four introductory packages that pair a haircut with color, foil highlighting, or a hand treatment.

Massage is handled by licensed massage therapists, who list specialties in medical, sports, deep tissue, pregnancy, and Swedish work. Options range from a half-hour massage, which is booked only on a therapist's recommendation, to one-hour sessions in Swedish, sports, deep tissue with acupressure and lymph drainage, reflexology, Reiki, maternity, and injury work. Injury massage requires a medical or injury report, and maternity massage can be given lying face down with cushioned support. A heated basalt stone massage is also available. Students and military members receive a discount on massage, and flex accounts are accepted.

Practical details: clients are asked to give 24 to 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. All sales are final. Gratuity is not included in the purchase price. Gift certificates are available, can be sent to the buyer or straight to the recipient, expire one year from purchase, and are non-refundable, though they can be exchanged for a general gift certificate of the same amount. Several services, including corrective color and keratin treatment, are priced only after a consultation, so the work is discussed before a cost is given.
