It includes gloss, additional color, root touch-ups (extra charges apply after five weeks), single process color, partial and full foil highlights, bayalage, and the air touch technique. Texture services cover perms, keratin, Brazilian blowouts and hair botox, and the salon also offers a hair straightening process it describes as all-natural, which can last several months.
Beyond hair, the menu includes classic and hybrid lash extensions with one-week and two-week fills, three facials ranging from a basic facial to a hydrafacial and an anti-aging facial, and waxing for brows, lip, chin and full face. Hair extensions can be applied as a full transformation, for maintenance or move-up, or removed. Each extension service is customized to the desired look, hair type, length and density, and the extensions are applied by certified professionals.
Vegan VIP treatments are offered as a separate group: glow, hair detox ritual, scalp luxury, deep repair therapy, and a detox treatment with head massage. The Lux haircut for $95 bundles shampoo, a house vegan treatment, head massage, haircut, a cocktail and a blowdry. Children under 10 can book a boys' cut or a girls' haircut, each with a small extra such as a photo or a gift.
The Exclusive Beauty Club membership costs $90 per month and includes two blowouts a month, 10% off services and priority booking. Unused blowouts do not roll over, except one that may carry into the next month. Walk-ins are welcome and online booking is available. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows incur a 50% service charge. Discounts are offered to law enforcement, seniors, veterans, firefighters and military. Listed prices are starting prices and can vary with hair length, density and customization.
According to the salon, its staff have become experts in their craft and all services use premium, natural products.
