Color is the core of the menu. Options run from root retouches and tone-only visits to all-over color, mini blonding with fine foils placed around the hairline, partial and full dimensional blonding, and a heavy, seamless balayage worked in tiny sections. Color correction for hair that has been colored before is booked after a consultation, and new clients pay a deposit to hold that appointment.

Haircuts range from a quick dry-hair scissor cut and clipper cuts to a longer Ultimate Haircut that includes a customized shampoo, conditioning and blow-dry style. Children 10 and under can book a kids cut. Treatments include an Olaplex mini treatment, an Ultimate Hair Repair Treatment built on Olaplex and the Lanza Emergency system, and Hairbotox Masque, an anti-frizz treatment the salon says typically lasts four to six weeks.

A one-on-one consultation at no charge lets clients talk through the hair and the look they want, and clients are asked to bring pictures. Bookings are made online through GlossGenius, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time carry a 50% fee.
