The practice offers both holistic and clinical skin care, and its menu is organized around facials, peels, a back treatment, massage, waxing and add-ons. The three facials step up in length and content: the Essential Facial runs 60 minutes and covers analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage and protection, with a choice between holistic and medical product selections. The Enhanced Facial adds extractions and one enhancement, and the Extraordinary Facial adds a scalp massage, extractions and three enhancements over 90 minutes. Aromatherapy is optional and included with facials.

Peels and resurfacing are a core part of the menu. The ZO Stimulator Peel is an AHA-based option offered for all skin types, including first-time peel clients. The ZO 3 Step Peel combines trichloroacetic, salicylic and lactic acids and includes a retinol cream. Shorter add-ons such as Brightening Boost, dermaplaning, extractions, gua sha, microcurrent, high frequency and LED light therapy can be booked alongside a facial or on their own. Facial lymphatic drainage is suited to pre- and post-surgical procedures.

Booking and payment are straightforward. Clients can pay in person or through the online booking system, and gift cards are sold on the website. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead.
