Heartless Hair is a one-person studio where Kimberly Warick handles every appointment. Color is the main focus, from quick toners and glosses to balayage refreshes, full highlights and color correction, and the studio also offers cuts, i-tip and tape-in extensions, event styling and brow services.

Visits vary a lot in length. An express toner takes about 25 minutes, while a color correction can run from 1.5 to 4.5 hours and a full extension install is booked for about 4.5 hours, with the client providing the hair. New clients need to leave a $50 deposit before booking a full extension install or a balayage refresh. Brow tinting can leave a light stain on the skin for up to a week and on the brow hairs for three to four weeks, which is worth knowing before a booking.

The studio is open Wednesday through Saturday, with hours that differ by day, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of an appointment are charged a 50% fee.
