Visits are booked through an online GlossGenius page. Full sets are the main offering, with classic, hybrid and volume styles available, along with fills at several lengths and a removal service. Fills are scheduled by time and session type, so clients can keep their sets maintained at the level they prefer. A Mini Fill has to be booked within one week of the previous fill.

The studio says each set is designed to complement the client's own features, and the aim is for clients to leave feeling beautiful, confident and well cared for. Listed hours are Sunday from 7 AM to 8 PM, and the studio is listed as closed Monday through Saturday.

Each set is designed to suit the individual client's natural features rather than following one standard look.
