Each service is tailored to the client, and every facial begins with a skin analysis.

Heart in Hand is a one-on-one studio where every visit is by appointment, and the practitioner says sessions are never hurried. Clients can book through the studio's GlossGenius page or by sending a message via the website contact form. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing covers bookings from $50 to $4,000. The studio also sells gift cards, packages, and products, available for pickup or purchase. Its signature service is Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy, a full-body session of roughly 60 minutes or longer using the Lymphstar Pro device with light-touch glass wands, starting at $125. According to the studio, few practitioners in Connecticut offer this therapy. It is not offered to people with a pacemaker, active blood clots or a history of clotting, arrhythmia, congestive heart failure, active infection or fever, acute kidney failure, open wounds in the treatment area, immunosuppressant use, or pregnancy. Clients with active cancer need written physician clearance. Clients should wait at least 14 days after injectables such as Botox, filler, vaccines, or cortisone injections. LED light therapy is offered with the Celluma Pro and Celluma Elite systems. The studio states that the Celluma Pro has FDA clearance for acne, aging skin, and pain management, and that the Celluma Elite includes a professional hair growth mode. Facial options run from the Serenity Facial, available in 60, 90, or 120-minute lengths, to machine-assisted treatments using hydrodermabrasion, oxygen infusion, cold skin therapy, and radio frequency. Oncology and immuno-esthetics facial care is available for people in cancer treatment and people with weakened immune systems. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, with the studio closed Wednesdays and Sundays. Before a facial, clients should avoid retinol and exfoliating products for 2 to 3 days and skip waxing or aggressive treatments. After a massage, clients are advised to drink water and avoid alcohol and caffeine. Soreness can occur and usually fades within 24 to 48 hours.
