Care starts with a consultation so that the plan can be shaped around each client. Facial treatments begin with a conversation about skin concerns, and every facial is individualized. Weight loss care also starts with a free consultation, and options run from natural alternatives to prescribed medications, including weekly semaglutide injections and appetite suppressants.

The center draws on both naturopathic and allopathic approaches. Its facial menu covers therapeutic, mini, anti-aging, nourishing, detoxifying, acne, and oxygen-based treatments, along with aqua-facial, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, LED light, and radiofrequency cupping. Five multi-step facial packages are offered, named White South Sea Pearl, Golden South Sea Pearl Rejuvenation, Virginia Housewife, South Sea, and Black Pearl. Each combines several treatments, such as microdermabrasion with a therapeutic facial, a light peel, or LED light, and the Black Pearl package is intended to address oily and clogged pores, dullness, and fine lines while hydrating.

Injectable services include Botox, dermal fillers, mesotherapy, and intramuscular and intravenous vitamin and mineral therapy, with intravenous glutathione and ascorbic acid among the IV options. Non-facial services include body contouring, skin tag removal, teeth whitening, and foot detox.
