Most of the menu is built around recovery: PEMF, red light, whole body cryotherapy, infrared and traditional saunas, cold plunge and NormaTec compression. Sessions are short by design. Red light runs 10 minutes, PEMF 14, compression about 30, cryotherapy 2 to 5 minutes and cold plunge immersions usually 2 to 5 minutes. Members can stack services or book named protocols in one visit, such as a Superhuman combination of PEMF, hyperbaric oxygen and red light, or a Contrast visit that pairs a sauna with a cold plunge.

Hyperbaric oxygen sessions last 60 minutes and can be taken in a seated chamber with four seats or a lie-down chamber, both rated at 2.0 ATA. The business says its chambers stay at 2.0 ATA or less, use oxygen concentrators rather than 100 percent oxygen, and are run by trained staff with regular equipment maintenance. Guests are asked to skip heavy fragrance and smoking on the day of the session. Electronic and battery-powered devices are not allowed inside the chambers.

IV therapy is provided through partner MyIVSpa and includes hydration, hangover, cold and flu, migraine, beauty and NAD+ options, along with Vital C drips, Methylene Blue and CBD infusions. Some options are available only after consultation or clinical review. InBody assessments use an InBody 570 analyzer and take about 45 seconds; results are informational rather than a medical diagnosis, and staff can explain the printed report.

Healthspan presents its therapies as evidence-based and non-invasive, and suggests regular use, with cold plunging paired with a physician check and staff coaching.
