About

The space is small and divided into a beauty room and a craft and party room. Kids ages 3 and up can use the craft room while parents receive services or shop. Appointments are required: weekdays 9:30am to 7:30pm and weekends 9:00am to 8:00pm. Bookings made less than 24 hours ahead are made by text at (689) 239-1794; otherwise the studio can be reached by that number or at healingmamastudio@gmail.com.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute red light session with scalp massage to a two-hour Women's Spa Day Party for birthdays, baby showers, bachelorette parties or a day of rest. Herbal facials, holistic facials and a hot and cold stone facial are offered, along with a postpartum service for moms in their first year after birth and an Inside-Out Facial. The Holistic Belly Facial includes a free heartbeat teddy bear. Mommy and Me options pair mothers or grandmothers with children for facials, manicures, pedicures, tea-based sessions and crafting. Nail services are waterless. Clients must remove all regular polish before a nail appointment; gel and dip polish cannot be removed at the studio, and French tips are not offered.

Mobile service brings beauty treatments to clients at home. It suits busy moms, older clients, people who are unwell, maternity and postpartum moms, and anyone booking a gift. The first mobile beauty service is $150, a second service booked at the same visit is $59, and special weekly or bi-weekly rates run from $79 to $99. A complimentary tea is included in each session. Mobile hours are weekdays 10:30am to 1:30pm and 5:30pm to 8:30pm, and weekends 12pm to 8pm. Women's mobile spa parties start at a minimum of four people and include robe rentals, teas and a warm towel station. Kids' mobile parties have a $500 minimum, and rental and upgrade options are available. In-studio kids parties accommodate up to 12 children; larger groups must be booked as mobile parties. A 50% deposit secures a kids party, with the balance due 24 hours before the event.

The studio sells Mama and Me boxes and mother-daughter jewelry, shipped to all 50 states, and lists skincare and teas among its products. Each month it selects one Orlando-area mom to receive a complimentary self-care experience valued at $100 to $150, which includes a signature service, a relaxation treatment, a tea or wellness drink and a small gift. Gift cards are available for purchase.

The salon sees healing as something that happens through relationships, looking after yourself, creative expression and deliberately spending time with others.
