Headspace operates as a head spa inside Gossip Salon in Carol Stream, Illinois. Its treatments are designed around supporting scalp and hair health, and each visit starts with a scalp analysis.

The Essential is the core treatment. It combines an eye steam mask, therapeutic oils, a scalp cleanse and scrub, halo water therapy, scalp massage, a scalp and hair mask, and a leave-in scalp and conditioning treatment. Remove & Revive begins with removal of beaded weft extensions and then moves into The Essential. Men's Space is a shorter version with a similar sequence, suited to men with shorter styles.

Hair is brushed and towel dried after a head spa service rather than styled, unless the Blow Dry/Style add-on is booked. A self-serve blow dry bar is also available for use. Head spa services are not recommended within two weeks of a color service, and services cannot be performed on clients with extensions or braids, except that Remove & Revive is designed for removing extensions. If extensions are removed, the site recommends waiting two to three days before a new application.
