Massage is priced by time: 60 minutes at $100, 90 minutes at $150 and 120 minutes at $200. Prices are set by session length rather than by a particular massage style, so the techniques are chosen for each session. Optional add-ons include aromatherapy in a choice of blends, CBD-enhanced therapy, muscle warming therapy and hot stones. A hot stone massage is also offered as a session, using heated Himalayan salt stones placed on the body and worked alongside massage strokes.

Waxing is done with hard wax rather than soft strip wax, and the business says hard wax causes less irritation and pain than soft wax. The waxing menu runs from small areas such as the nostrils and ears to full body and full face services. Full face waxing covers the brows, upper lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns and forehead. Mermaid Wax is the wax used, which the brand describes as hypoallergenic, vegan, cruelty free and MICA-free. Brazilian waxing is listed with separate descriptions for female and male clients.

Facials begin with an intake and skin analysis and include cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage, a treatment mask and finishing products. A customized 75-minute facial and a customized 90-minute back treatment are also offered. Skin care products come from Skin Script, a brand the company describes as created by aestheticians.

Clients who are not gym members use the separate main entrance at the front of the building. Gym members and clients needing ramp access can enter through the gym, and should tell staff on arrival so they can be escorted through. Treatment rooms are on the second floor and the building has no elevator. Parking is available in the gym lot and on overflow along Todds Lane, but the lot is busiest from 4pm to 8pm daily, especially Mondays, so arriving early is advised.

Massage is priced by time rather than by a set style, and the techniques are chosen for each session.
