Facials and body treatments use Eminence Organic Skin Care. According to the spa, Eminence formulas are made with European certified premium herbs, fruit and flower buds. Every facial includes eye and lip treatments. The Age Defying Firming Facial is the spa's signature facial, running 75 minutes, and the spa describes it as results oriented. Other facials range from a Sensitive or Rosacea Facial and an Anti-Blemish Acne Treatment to a Pigment Balancing Treatment, which the spa says lightens hyperpigmentation without bleaching agents. There is also a men's facial, a teen facial and a back facial.

Body therapies include sugar and enzyme scrubs, a body polish with massage, and a blueberry and soy slimming wrap with cellulite reduction. The slimming wrap is a 90-minute treatment, and the spa recommends a course of three. Massage options cover Swedish, deep tissue, hot rocks, reflexology, pregnancy massage and a candle wax massage. Couples massages are also available, and the spa serves champagne or wine on request during them.

Hand and foot services come in organic and non-organic versions, and the organic versions use USDA Organic certified products. Polish used in the organic manicures and pedicures is non-toxic, and the nail line includes more than 100 colors. Children aged 12 and under can book Spa Princess manicures and pedicures, and men have their own spa manicure and pedicure. Gel, dip and sculptured nail options are offered as well.

Microblading is offered with a consultation required before booking. The spa describes the service as suited to women with little or no brow, with a custom shape and color, and says the result is smudge-proof and waterproof. Lash services include full set individual extensions, touch-ups, and brow and lash tints. Booking guidance: schedule at least a week ahead for the best availability, though same-day and walk-in visits are welcome when space allows.
