Every visit begins with a personalized scalp consultation, and each treatment starts with a one-on-one scalp analysis before any product is applied. Scalp treatments use nourishing ampoules chosen for the client's scalp type, and every visit ends with a finishing hair dry. The salon describes its approach as detailed, personal and unhurried, and describes a head spa visit as a full hour of rest.

Lash appointments are kept to one guest at a time in a private room. Lash lifts use no adhesive and no lash extensions, and the salon does not offer extensions. Guests with an eye infection, a recent eye procedure or active lash-line irritation are asked to wait until it has settled before a lash lift, and anyone whose lashes were recently extended should mention it at booking so staff can check them first.

Appointments can be booked through the website, by phone or by text. Hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm.

Each visit starts with a personal scalp analysis, and the scalp products used are matched to the client's scalp type.

Lash services take place in a private room with one guest at a time.
