The salon describes red light therapy as its most popular treatment. The Body Balance bed is a full-body OvationULT unit manufactured in the United States, and the salon says it exposes the entire body in a single session instead of just the part a flat panel faces. Each visit lasts 10, 15 or 20 minutes in a private treatment room. Eyewear is supplied, and the bed is cleaned before and after every client. A health history review is completed before a first session, and some health conditions and medications can rule out treatment. Clients should come in with clean skin, free of lotion, sunscreen and makeup, and dress in clothing they are comfortable in, because the light cannot penetrate fabric. The salon advises leaving at least 48 hours between sessions, then either exercising within four hours afterward or using the vibration plate, and drinking plenty of water. Packages cost $178 for 4 sessions, $189 for 6, and $270 for a 12 unlimited-oxygen package. All packages include oxygen sessions and discounts on full-price services and products, and red light sessions within a package can be shared with a guest. According to the salon, two to three months of regular use are needed before results appear, and results differ from person to person and are not guaranteed. The facial menu covers basic, customized, acne, dream, luxe anti-aging, mini, pre-teen, pamper me, seasonal and oncology facials, along with skin analysis, hydrodermabrasion, microdermabrasion and structural lymphatic facial massage. Advanced treatments include an anti-aging microcurrent lift facial ($175), LuminFusion ($175), microneedling ($325), skin needling, buccal massage, exo booster and a fire and ice facial. Microneedling and chemical peels are performed under physician oversight, though the medical director is not on site, and chemical peels require a consultation before booking. Consultations are handled by a licensed skin therapist. Dermaplaning is offered in Express ($55), standard ($80) and Pro ($150) versions, and peels include the eye peel, flash brightening peel and plump peel. Seasonal facials rotate, so the current lineup is listed on the site.

Massage therapy is offered in 60-minute ($95) and 90-minute ($135) sessions, and manual lymphatic drainage is $155. A massage consultation is free. Waxing, tinting, lamination and Jane Iredale makeup are also available. Radiance Reserve memberships come in three monthly tiers: Glow at $99, Luminous at $159 and Golden Hour at $249, with credits that do not expire while the membership is active. An Acne membership and a Red Light Therapy Bed membership are also offered, along with gift cards. The Red Light Therapy Bed membership is a three-month commitment and then month-to-month, and cancelling after three months requires 30 days of written notice.
