Clients book online through Vagaro or by phone or text, and can reach the studio through Instagram messages. The studio is in a private suite, so the setting is quiet and personal. Free parking is available on site, and the building, parking, entry and interior are fully accessible. From the entrance of Salons by JC, turn left, then right twice, and the studio is down the first hallway.

Lash extension styles range from a single extension per natural lash for a subtle look, to a blend of classic and volume for light texture, to handmade fans for a fuller look, to ultra-fine dense fans for dramatic depth. Lash lifts curl natural lashes without extensions, and lash tinting can be added to deepen color. On the brow side, lamination straightens, lifts and smooths brow hairs, and tinting is matched to the client's natural hair color and skin tone. Brow shaping is done by waxing or threading, whichever the client prefers.

Policies are firm to keep appointments on schedule. Guests, including children and pets, are not allowed in the studio. Cancellations or reschedules should be requested at least 24 hours ahead, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 30% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to rebook, so calling or texting when running late is requested. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup and to avoid caffeine and smoking for at least two hours before the visit.

Services are planned to enhance natural features while keeping lashes and brows healthy, with results intended to last.
