It is open Tuesday to Friday, 11 am to 7 pm, and appointments can be booked online through the website or at the salon.

New clients start with a consultation. An email consultation is required, and an in-person consultation is added when needed. A salon consultation is complimentary and lasts 15 to 30 minutes in person. Extension clients must book a consultation before any service is performed, and a non-refundable deposit is taken at the end of that consultation to secure the appointment.

Color options include base color at $160, which goes on the roots and is often used to darken or cover gray, and all over color at $200, which runs from roots to ends and is also called a gloss. Partial highlights are $300 and cover the hairline and upper half of the head, while full highlights are $400 and cover the whole head. Cuts are $120 for long, $150 for curly and $150 for extension cuts, and every cut includes a blowout. Extension pricing depends on the look the client wants. Bridal and event styling is priced and scheduled by email, and wedding styling can be done in the salon or on site. Set styling for photoshoots is also offered.
