Lash extensions come in three sets, The Soft Edit, The Balanced Edit and The Bold Edit, which take about 1.5 hours and last up to 5 weeks. The studio also offers Hybrid and Mega Volume styles, which are shown in the gallery on its home page. Fills are booked at 2, 3 or 4 weeks and take about an hour. A fill requires at least half of the lashes to remain; otherwise the visit is booked as a full set. Add-ons include bottom lashes, color lashes chosen from the studio's available colors, and removal. Removal is complimentary when a full set is booked.
Permanent makeup includes lip blush, powder brows in Cashmere, Velvet or Ombre styles, a combined ombre and nano brow called HDSIGNATURE, a hair-stroke nano brow, and a brow fill for men that fills in missing areas. Lip color is customized at consultation. Two packages pair brows with lip blush: the Soft Package, which combines ombre brows with lip blush, and the Luxury Package, which combines nano brows with lip blush. The studio says its permanent makeup uses a more advanced method than microblading or earlier PMU, aiming for a softer, more natural look. Nano and HDSIGNATURE brows are listed with a minimal pain level, with a topical anesthetic applied. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol, caffeine and blood-thinning medications for 24 hours before permanent makeup, and to avoid sun and retinol products for a few days before. Full healing can take 4 to 6 weeks, and results typically last 1 to 3 years. Permanent makeup over earlier work is usually possible, after an evaluation decides whether color correction or removal is needed first. Removal can be done by laser or saline and may take several sessions.
Touch-ups keep permanent makeup fresh. A brow touch-up is available up to 4 months after the initial procedure, an annual color boost is meant to keep color vibrant and is recommended yearly, and a full refresh addresses faded pigment or shape changes and may need two sessions. Clients are asked to book a consultation after a year. Beginner and advanced two-day lash training courses are also offered.
Each service is shaped around the individual client, with color, style and shape chosen at consultation and an evaluation before permanent makeup over previous work.
