Every visit begins with an in-depth consultation, which is complimentary. The team travels to cities, salons and shows, and brings industry artists into the studio for education. The salon stands behind each service it performs and each product it recommends. Blow dries are not included with color services and need to be booked alongside them.

Color options include single process, base color, glossing, root melt, and toner or refresher, along with head variation and balayage at quarter, half, three-quarter and full head sizes. Combined options pair single process with either. Gray coverage and root touch-ups are also offered. Haircut and styling services include precision cuts, bobs, long layers, personalized styling, custom extensions, hair tinsel and wedding or event updos.

The head spa menu includes a 50-minute standard treatment and a 90-minute premium treatment with extended massage and steam, given in a fully reclining chair with head and neck support. A K-SCAN scalp analysis, which takes 15 minutes, can be booked alone or added to any service. At-sink treatments include Kérastase, GOLDWELL, OLAPLEX and HAIRPOTHECARY options, and each one finishes with a targeted scalp serum.

Treats scalp and hair health as the starting point for every visit, opening with an in-depth consultation and working with outside professionals such as acupuncturists, dermatologists and nutritionists when hair concerns call for it.
