Extensions are a major focus. The salon works with human hair in a range of textures and colors, matched to each client, and its main method is hand-tied Invisible Bead Extensions. Hand-tied and sewn extensions in 14 to 24 inch lengths are also available, cut and blended to match a client's own hair. The final price is set at a consultation based on the length and hair goals a client wants. A digital consultation and color match visit carries no charge, and an installation appointment is confirmed with a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Installation includes a haircut to blend with natural hair and a styled finish with a tutorial. Extensions are generally replaced every 8 to 12 months.

Color and highlight work begins with a consultation and a custom formula, and every color service ends with a blowout. Highlights, including balayage, are fitted to each client's look, budget and hair goals. Cuts finish with a blow dry styled so the client can recreate it at home, and the owner shares everyday styling tips for the same reason.

Bridal and formal styling is a large part of the business. Three bridal packages are offered by group size, from a single bride's package with a pre-wedding consultation and trial, through a package for up to four people, to one for five or more people. The salon says it has worked with more than 50 bridal parties.

Color is formulated for each client after a consultation and finished with a blowout, and highlights are planned around the client's goals and budget.
