The menu is organized into manicures, pedicures and acrylic work, with add-ons such as chrome, ombre, French tips, nail shaping, tip extensions and callus removal. Several manicures and pedicures are named packages built around a theme such as lemon, orange, lemongrass, honey or rose. Each one pairs an infused soak with a sugar scrub, a masque and a massage, and the higher-priced versions add paraffin and hot stone work. The salon describes its Be My Bae manicure and pedicure as famous.
Custom nail art starts at $100, and the technician sets that price. Acrylic fill-ins start at $35, full sets at $45, and acrylic on toes at $50. Dip powder and gel can be added to a manicure for an extra charge, and a dip-only manicure is $40 on natural nails.
Walk-ins are welcome, and visits can also be booked online. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, or 20 minutes early for removal services. A $15 security deposit per service is required to book and is applied on arrival. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours notice, and no-shows or no-call appointments are charged 40% of the booked service. Bridal party or group events of four or more require a $150 deposit. Requests for a specific technician or a group booking must be made by phone. Specials can't be combined with other promotions.
