HB Lashes works from a suite at 10630 Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia. Its extension menu runs from classic and Angels styles through hybrid and volume sets, with lifts, tints, removals and spray tans also available. Most extension services are listed at about an hour or more.
Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face, without makeup or mascara, and to take out contacts before the appointment. A $25 non-refundable deposit holds the slot, and a consent form is emailed after booking and must be signed before the visit. Anyone who has never had a lash service is advised to book an allergy test first.
Fill appointments are best booked two to three weeks after the previous visit, and a visit counts as a fill only when at least 40% of the client's lashes are still in place. Lashes removed elsewhere are not accepted for a fill. Issues reported within 72 hours are fixed at no charge; after that, the full price applies.
The studio is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3 PM to 8:30 PM, and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM. It is closed Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
