Brow appointments start with mapping and shaping, done with wax, shaving, or both. Tinting can be a hybrid or a regular tint, and lamination can be booked with tint, with shaping, or with shaping and tint together. The Korean lash lift curls natural lashes, and tint is optional and included in the price. According to the business, lash lift results typically last six to eight weeks.

Lash sets are customized to each client's lashes, eye shape and the look they want, with styles that range from natural and airy to dramatic strip-lash looks and a wispy, textured dark line. Combination bookings add brow shaping to a lash set, with or without tint. Fills are priced by set type, and removal is also offered.

A few booking rules apply. Appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Lash sets can be booked at a discounted price, which is only available on Fridays. Wet Set, Ethereal and Drama fills need at least 40% of lash extensions remaining, and a Mini-Fill is only allowed one week after a full set or refill. Fills booked two to three weeks after a set are treated as regular fills.
