Sunbed sessions take walk-ins, so no booking is needed. Guests should check in before the posted closing time to give staff time to wrap up, and a check-in that would run well past closing may be turned away. Both locations keep Sunday through Thursday hours of 9am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm. Sunless airbrush spray tans need an appointment: reserve online, where new openings are posted each week, or ask by phone or text for dates that aren't yet on the calendar. Each spray tan is tailored to the client and applied by trained technicians. Tanning consultants walk clients through the tanning systems and recommend a lotion and approach suited to their complexion and needs. Listed service areas: Hugo, Mahtomedi and Shoreview, plus Andover, Blaine, Coon Rapids, East Bethel, Ham Lake, Lino Lakes, Little Canada, Mounds View, North Branch, Stillwater, Rush City, White Bear Lake and Vadnais Heights.

Five sunbeds are offered, each with its own profile. Aloha is 100% UVB or melanin-producing with a 15 minute maximum. Oahu is a stand-up medium pressure bed, 80% UVA and 20% UVB, with 46 lamps and a 9 minute maximum, and it can tan under the arms. Kona Pepper is a medium pressure bed, half UVA and half UVB, with two client-controlled fans and a 12 minute maximum. Maui is a high-end medium pressure bed, 80% UVA and 20% UVB, with shoulder and neck tanners, an optional voice guide and a 10 minute maximum. Big Kahuna is a high pressure bed, 100% UVA, with two client-controlled fans, four UVA facial tanners and a 12 minute maximum. Single sessions run from $8 to $28. Sunbed point packages, from 20 points for $37 up to 250 points for $267, come with discounts built in, and larger packages save more. Points can be spread across any bed, and packages can be shared, though each client needs an individual account. An account works at both locations and points expire two years after purchase. Each session uses 4 points on Aloha, 8 on Kona Pepper, 10 on Oahu, 12 on Maui and 18 on Big Kahuna. Only one person may be in a tanning room at a time, and clients must be 18 or older for any UV service under Minnesota law.

Red light therapy sessions last 15 minutes and are sold singly or in packages of three, six, ten or twenty sessions. The salon's Passion red light unit emits 100% infrared light and does not tan the skin. The business describes these sessions as supporting anti-aging, skin tone and texture, circulation and cell turnover across the body.

Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions rather than pay-per-use plans. Signing up carries a $39 enrollment fee plus a prorated charge for the rest of the month, along with sales tax and the federal tan tax. Dues are billed automatically on the 1st, and cancelling or freezing must be done online before the 1st; a freeze costs $5 a month. Two unpaid months end the membership, and rejoining after cancelling requires the $39 fee again. Members are responsible for adjusting their membership when they are not using it, since the salon does not track tanning use. All UV services are subject to the Minnesota state sales tax rate and a 10% federal excise tax. Tanning, spray tanning and red light services are non-refundable but can be transferred. Clients can create an account ahead of time through the New Client Form.

Guidance comes first: consultants walk clients through the tanning systems and suggest a lotion and approach matched to their complexion and needs.
