Visits are by appointment only, and the studio asks clients to text for the fastest reply. Every client can book a free online consultation by text, sending a clear photo of their brows with no makeup. An in-person consultation is $100, and that amount goes toward the procedure if the client books it. New microblading clients send photos of natural brows before booking, and clients with previously tattooed brows email a clear photo for approval first. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian form for microblading.

Microblading is done in two sessions. The first, about 1 to 1.5 hours, shapes the brows and applies the strokes by hand with a tool rather than a machine. Anesthetic is used, and the studio notes most clients rate discomfort around 3 on a 1 to 10 scale. A touch-up follows about six to eight weeks later, lasting around 30 minutes. Healing takes about 30 days with mild scabbing and aftercare. 3D microblading is suggested for fuller brows, and 6D for brows that are finely thin, faint or missing. Other brow work includes combo brows, which pair microblading with shading, ombre powder brows, and Nano Brows, microblading done by machine. Lip blush and 3D Lips, which defines the lip border and shades toward the center, are offered, along with semi-permanent eyeliner and eyebrow tattoo removal. Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with refills every 2 to 3 weeks, and lash lift and tint are also available.

Operation is authorized by the Private Business and Vocational Schools Division of the Illinois Board of Higher Education, and the school holds no accreditation from any accrediting body recognized by the US Department of Education. The Advanced Brows course runs over two days for $3,500, teaching microblading and machine shading to students with no prior experience required, and includes a live model practice session under instructor supervision and a professional kit. Other offerings are Advanced Lip and Advanced Eyeliner courses, a beginner class in microblading and semi-permanent makeup taught with hand tools, and a 2-hour bootcamp at $700 that is intended for training purposes only.

Works from each client's needs and natural features, recommending the look the team considers most suitable rather than pushing one style. The studio notes that results depend on skin type, sun exposure, aftercare and lifestyle, and are not guaranteed to replace makeup.
