Color is a core part of the menu. Services range from gloss refreshes and color touch-ups to full color, with custom lightening that includes balayage, babylights, teasylights, foilayage, and highlights. Transformative color is priced from a starting point and uses the Vish Integrative Scale to set extra color charges. Starting prices for transformative color, custom lightening, and face frames rise when more product or time is needed. Double process and color correction are priced after a consultation.

Extensions include hand-tied and volume weft installs, K-tip, I-tip, and tape extensions, all priced after a consultation.

Booking changes follow a clear policy. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours ahead are free. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled services to the reserved card, and no-shows are charged 90% of the booked amount. Cancellations can also be sent by email to havensalonny@yahoo.com.
