Melinda came to aesthetics from dermatology, where she spent more than ten years working as a certified medical assistant alongside local providers. That background shapes the studio's focus on clinically informed skincare. The business says its products and treatments are clinically proven, and each client is given a plan built around their own skin rather than a single routine. Education is part of every visit and is offered without pressure to buy.
A first visit often starts with a consultation. The 30-minute Skin Consult covers skin goals and the current routine for a $50 fee, which is applied to the first service booked. The HAVEN Signature, Teen and Gentleman's facials each include a complimentary skin consultation. The room is calm and inviting, with a softer feel than a clinic.
Memberships come in three tiers, Signature, Premium and Platinum, at $99, $169 and $249 per month. Each tier includes a set number of facials or enhancements and a level of discount on other treatments and products. Memberships start with a 12-month commitment and then continue month to month, and they can be joined online, in the spa or during an appointment.
Treatments are tailored to each client, and the team explains options without pressure.
