The salon states a mission of being the best and giving only the best to guests, team members, the community and the environment. Its retail shop carries the full Aveda line for hair, makeup, skin, body and home, and Service Concierges are available to help guests choose products.

A visit starts in the waiting area, where guests are offered coffee, water or Aveda Comforting Tea. The Muskego location has robes, towels and shower facilities, and spa guests receive a robe and are advised to arrive 15 minutes early. Phones are asked to be turned off during visits. Every haircut includes a consultation, an Aveda stress-relieving treatment, shampoo and conditioning, a designer cut and blowout, and home care and styling advice.

Balayage, ombre and hair painting are offered after a consultation with a colorist, which is required before either service. Color correction is also available, and only Aveda hair color is used, which the salon says is at least 93% naturally derived. Women's cuts start at $44 and men's at $37. Skin services range from facials with add-ons such as red light therapy and an Aveda Plant Peel to PCA chemical peels, dermaplaning and Micro Channeling packages. Eyelash extensions, precision brow shaping and body waxing are also on the menu.

Bridal services cover trial and day-of hair and makeup, bridal attendants and flower girls. Bridal parties are arranged through the wedding coordinators, who match each party with a stylist and esthetician. Group packages are offered for corporate events, bachelorette parties and birthdays. Appointments are recommended two to four weeks ahead, and a major credit card is required to hold a reservation.
